About English Leather Works

English Leather Works is a one-man operation based out of a one-car garage in Louisville, KY.  All items are designed and created by me, Neal English.

All designs are drafted in Adobe Illustrator, laser cut into acrylic, prototyped, and then tested either by myself or friends and family to ensure that each product will meet your every expectation.

While English Leather Works started out as a hobby (which it still is, honestly) enough people expressed interest in being able to purchase products that I was encouraged to make that happen.

As a father with a full-time job already, turnaround time and new products might not be as fast as with some other retailers.  However, I can assure you that I work tirelessly and with abandon to ensure that customers like you are provided with a locally sourced, environmentally friendly, reasonably priced handmade item that will last decades, if not longer.
